The Jose Rizal Memorial State University Library remains the great spot and functional entity in the campus. Its quality policy is to continuously improve the quality of services and resources to satisfy all users in all walks of life. The JRMSU Dipolog Campus Library is temporarily housed in a two-classroom occupying the audio-visual rooms of the College of Education and it’s visible to library clientele, since it is near to the outdoor stage of the university. Thus, the library is strategically located. In addition, the library provides facilities and services to its faculty, students and staff through print and electronic resources in support to the four mandated functions and other intellectual pursuits related to and in fulfillment of the University’s mission, vision and goals.
